His & Hers

My hubby had a craving for a pair of converse sneakers for a while so we went browsing the other day and found a store on King George that had them in all kinds of colors and types. he grabbed a pair of blue ones and      I just could not let him have all the fun...so I also got myself a pair in sparkling blue. I have to say that in the past I had a pair and they were not comfortable at all but these are so comfy and fun, we both can't take them off!

לא מזמן התעורר אצל בעלי החשק לזוג אול-סטארס אז יצאנו לשוטט ולחפש עד שמצאנו חנות קטנה בקינג ג'ורג' שמתמחה בנעליים האלו, היו שם כל מיני צבעים וגם גזרות שונות. אמיר חטף זוג כחול ואני פשוט לא יכולתי לתת לו ליהנות לבד...

אז לקחתי לעצמי גם כן זוג בכחול מנצנץ. אני חייבת להגיד שבניגוד לזוג שהיה לי בעבר, הנעליים הללו ממש ממש נוחות וכיפיות, והן גורפות המון מחמאות על מידת חמידותן:)

Sea Breezer

We took advantage of the greaaat weather to hang out by the beach and we were literally there all day, hanging by the boats at the dock, strolling by the seafood restaurants, breathing in the sea breeze...there is nothing like the sea air to make you forget about your troubles and see the beauty of this world. 

Of course eventually we could not resist a late lunch so we had this huge black cast iron pot filled with seafood and all kinds of delights; these are the photos we took. 

ניצלנו את מזג האוויר המדהים שהיה בסוף השבוע כדי לעשות טיול ליד הים. בילינו שם את היום כולו, שוטטנו ליד הסירות, טיילנו ליד מסעדות הדגים ונשמנו מלוא ריאותינו אוויר ים. אין כמו אוויר מהים כדי לשכוח מכל צרות העולם ולהרגיש שהעולם יפה. בסופו של דבר כמובן שלא עמדנו בפיתוי והתיישבנו לאכול ארוחת צהריים מאוחרת...הזמנו סיר ברזל שחור מלא בפירות ים ודברים טובים אחרים. הנה חלק מהתמונות שצילמנו שם.

Simple Things

Just a simple look for everyday work or lunch with the family...

Its not that easy to find a simple yet chic pair of black pants but I finally found these at Dana Ashkenazy, first time for me in her store. I loved the fabric and they way they sit on me, although I feel like taking them in a little at the bottom. they are so practical with any kind of shirt and they are not too warm for summer.

אז הנה לוק פשוט ליומיום או לארוחה עם המשפחה...

זה לא כזה קל למצא זוג מכנסיים שחורים פשוטים אבל גם עם שיק, בסופו של דבר מצאתי זוג כזה בחנות של דנה אשכנזי, פעם ראשונה בשבילי בחנות שלה. ממש אהבתי את הבד ואת איך שהוא יושב על הגוף, למרות שממש בא לי להצר אותו למטה שיהיה יותר סקיני. בכל מקרה זה מכנס ממש פרקטי שאפשר ללבוש עם כל חולצה והוא לא חם מדי אפילו בשביל הקיץ הישראלי.

Here Comes the Sun

Spring is officially here! this is what i wore to the Passover dinner with my family. a bit much but i couldn't resist the beautiful color, it's so appropriate for this new weather and there's something very optimistic about the pastels in general. You know i've been looking for a maxi skirt, I really wanted one in baby pink but when I saw this sunny skirt I was tempted... and a baby pink will hopefully join this one in my closet soon. I wore it with its full length but once i get it shortened it will be perfect for summer with some flats or sneakers...

This whole outfit is from Mango. i have to say i was pleasantly surprised by their new collection, its extremely fresh and they have lowered their prices significantly, definitely worth a visit.
