Yellow

Yellow

Some Yellow inspiration...I am in love with that color and I rarely get to wear it.
It's not an easy color to wear. Here are some photos of style icon Shala Monroque, showing how to rock that yellow

kimono

Lately  I've had a thing for kimonos, chiffon and fluttery fabrics in general.
I bought this kimono about a year ago but I've started using it a lot more in the past few months.
I like that about clothes- they can surprise you, sometimes you don't see much in a piece and then, all of a sudden you're in love with it once more...
I am now looking for another kimono with a little more color- I'd love some recommendation on where to get one if you have any:)

The Clutch

I have a slight obsession with bags in general and with huge bags in particular. The problem is that most of the time I can't find anything in those bags because all my stuff gets cramped somewhere in the bottom and it takes me forever to find anything in there. Funny enough, I never learn so when I saw this oversize clutch in Zara the other day I could not resist the temptation. This one remind me of the first lady because of the tweed fabric and I loved the colors of blue and red.
Have a great week everyone.

Black and White

Where I come from (Tel-Aviv) it really doesn't get cold a lot...and that's an understatement. most of the year is like summer or spring, therefore I do not own many sweaters. I have a few cardigans and a few coats and jackets but I believe the sweater I'm wearing here is the only real sweater I own. I am slightly embarrassed to say I've had it for like ten years now and I haven't bought a new one since, just because it almost never gets cold enough to wear a sweater. Normally I have to dress in the "onion method", meaning layering.
you can also see it has shrunken a bit over the years and now that I have seen these photos I think it's safe to say I need a new one pronto...but still I like this simple black and white look, combined with the hair band I turned into a necklace- a little trick I was inspired by my neighbor to adopt:)

Like a Moss to a Kate

Today was a beautiful day and we decided to drive around and enjoy the sun and we saw this rail track, normally it would be really dangerous to stand on it but the train doesn't run here on Saturdays and we immediately took advantage of the situation...
I got this Kate Moss t-shirt last week, it came all the way from Thailand!
Kate Moss really is an icon, and not only because she is so successful but also because she changed the standards of beauty in the fashion world- from the glorious amazons of the 80's and early 90's, who were all tall and athletic, to the super skinny, waify, boyish young girls...
Obviously being the opposite of all those things... I enjoy looking at her pictures because she's unique, her personality shines through her pictures and she really doesn't give a damn. Her attitude is intoxicating and her face is so special, I always thought she looked like one of those little girls who were portrayed in paintings from the renaissance or something. In any case, I liked wearing her:)
